How Lead Radar works
Lead Radar finds small local businesses — car services, barbershops, salons, repair shops — and shows which of them have a weak web presence. For each one it reads customer reviews, builds a dossier (what people praise, what they complain about, which services are actually delivered) and prepares the texts you need to call or message the owner. It can also build a site from the same data.
The path is short: find → read reviews → get the dossier → call or write → show the site. Below is what each screen does.
Names, addresses and phone numbers in the screenshots are fictional — real data is only visible inside the system.
Map and business search
Pick a city and a niche and press Search. The system queries Google and stores what it finds. It searches in the local language and in English at once, so it finds more than a plain search would.
The Overview block shows how many were found and how they split by colour:
- A (red) — no website at all. The most interesting ones.
- B (amber) — only Instagram, Facebook or Telegram instead of a site.
- C (grey) — has a website.
Reviews and dossier
Click a business in the list to open its card. What you see depends on its state:
- no reviews yet — Collect reviews: the system pulls customer reviews from Google;
- reviews but no analysis — Analyze: the model reads them and builds the dossier;
- dossier ready — it is shown right in the card.
Call script and direct message
The highlighted Call script block is meant to be read aloud: how to open, which pain to name, what to praise, what to offer and what not to say. Copy takes the whole script.
Next to it is the direct message: 3–5 short lines ready to paste into Instagram or Telegram, with a placeholder for the site link. It has its own copy button.
If an older dossier has none of these, you get Regenerate dossier instead — press it and the dossier is rebuilt with them.
Site and the extended brief
Build site produces a finished one-page site from the dossier: the copy uses the customers' own words, and Ukrainian businesses get Ukrainian copy. After it is built the card shows a link you can copy and send to the owner.
Copy brief is different. It is a detailed brief for building a premium site by hand: every fact about the business, quotes from reviews, complaints and quality requirements.
Dashboard: working the leads you already analysed
The map is for finding new ones, the dashboard for working the ones you have. It lists every business with a dossier: name, city, niche, score, whether there are complaints, whether a site was built, whether a brief exists.
On top: city and niche filters plus name search. The call script, message and brief are copied straight from the row.
Each lead has a status: not contacted / written / replied / refused / client. It is shared across the team.
Who can do what
- Owner — everything: search, dossiers, sites, inviting people and changing their roles.
- Sales — searches, collects reviews and dossiers, builds sites and briefs, changes statuses. No team management.
- Operator — views lists and dossiers, copies texts and changes statuses. Generates nothing.

FAQ
Why does Search find nothing?
The search takes a few seconds — while it says Searching…, there is no result yet. If it ends empty, Google returned nothing for that niche in that city; try another niche.
Why can't I build a dossier?
At least three reviews are required.
What language will the texts be in?
The dossier is in English. The call script and message follow the business's country: Russian or Ukrainian for Ukraine and CIS, English for Europe. The site is in the business's country language.
Does the data refresh itself?
Reviews can be re-collected, but no more than once a week per business. The dossier is rebuilt with Regenerate dossier. Autopilot can do this on a schedule.
